Alice is the Co-Founder and CEO of Urban Villager, a wellness housing company and architecture firm committed to triple-bottom-line outcomes in its real estate development projects. Our vision is to help people and the planet to thrive together.

As a lawyer, wellness expert and impact real estate developer, Alice is well versed in all aspects of wellness property. Alice is committed to using real estate as a change agent for good by creating realistic and workable financial models with real world applications. At Urban Villager, Alice works with impact investors to create impact investment opportunities across build-to-rent, shared equity and build-to-sell models, in land subdivision, co-living and vertical village developments.
