Director

Kerry is the founder of NorthStar Impact and Portfolio Manager of the NorthStar Impact Australian Equities Fund, which is the only Australian equities impact fund certified by RIAA. Having managed the NorthStar Impact fund since 2017 and with over 30 years’ experience in the stock-market, he is recognised as a pioneer of impact investing in listed equities in Australia.

Prior to launching NorthStar Impact, Kerry was a co-founder of Perennial Investment Partners in 1999, which grew to $20bn in funds under management within 7 years, and founder of Eight Investment Partners in 2010, managing Australian small companies’ portfolios.

In 2018, Kerry completed the Impact Measurement programme at Oxford University.

Having joined Impact Asia Pacific in 2021, Ben brings over 15 years’ experience in events and media.

Ben works with a growing number of partners, developing successful strategies to identify, reach and ultimately connect with their intended audience of investors.

Ben is passionate about supporting funds and companies that deliver positive impacts for communities in need, and the opportunity for private and institutional capital to play its part.

Ben completed a Bachelor of Commerce at UNSW.

Alex Feher

Co-Founder

Fronting his knowledge, expertise and experience in the field of business operations, Alex is passionate about helping organisations find their purpose, develop their leadership and create a thriving culture from within. He advises organisations in healthcare, funds management, IT and online education.

Alex is a graduate Industrial Engineer who started his entrepreneurial life while completing his Masters at university. Alex was co-founder with Rob Irving of a conference and events company eventually acquired by SoftBank, then becoming CEO of Australian operations for Ziff-Davis, a listed global IT media company across events, internet and publishing. Brands under his management included COMDEX, Interop, ZDNet, PC Week and PC Magazine. 

He is former director at the Institute of Human Excellence, CEO of online education company CPDLIve and currently principal of Culture Works, a consultancy that assists organisations to build values driven cultures. He is the co-author of  “Master CEOS”  and has served as a director for public, private and NFP organisations. He is also the co-founder and director of Impact Asia Pacific Pty Ltd, the producer of the Summit.

Meagan is the Editor of OnImpact, Impact Asia Pacific’s website and eNewsletter that explores all things impact investing.

Meagan has almost two decades experience working across financial markets in Australia and overseas, covering everything from equities, managed funds, fixed income and property. She is enthusiastic about expanding the appreciation of and excitement around impact investing across the broader finance and investment sectors.

Meagan has a Finance degree and an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Anton Nankivell

Impact Investment Summit Community Manager

Joining the team in 2022, Anton is the Summit Community Manager.

Previously Anton has worked in Tech Start-up’s, marketing roles and law firms. Anton is passionate about Impact Investing and is the President of the Sydney University Impact Investing Society.

Anton completed a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Sydney and is in his final years of a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Sydney.

Impact Investment Summit Event Manager

Louise Telford, Director of Elle Conference & Event Specialists brings with her expertise, a wealth of knowledge and the desire to produce, manage and execute the best events in the business. Louise has been in the industry for nearly 25 years and it was her time in the hotel industry as Event Manager in some of Sydney’s busiest corporate event hotels that she gained her most valuable experience. Louise offers great expertise in behind-the-scenes management and with a background in hotel operations, she knows the business of events from the ground up.

As a fiercely focused and customer-service orientated company, Louise constantly refines and improves her services to meet the high demands of her clients.

She is delighted to once again be joining the Impact Investment Summit team as Event Manager to deliver another successful event in 2024 for all stakeholders.
