Vicky Lay

Partner & Head of Impact Investments

Vicky is passionate about directing capital, innovation, and human endeavor towards positive social and environmental outcomes. After co-founding and scaling her own ed-tech startup, Vicky joined global venture capital and fixed income firm, Artesian, in 2015. As a Partner, Vicky works across Artesian’s impact investing initiatives, with a specific focus on climate and gender equality. She also sits on the boards of non-profits fostering youth entrepreneurship and impact leadership, including her own women’s economic empowerment non-profit, SheSyndicate.org, launched in partnership with the UN. Vicky was recognized as a Forbes Asia 30 under 30 honoree in 2017.
