Jo Kelly is on a mission to harness the power of seaweed to protect oceans, reduce carbon emissions, create livelihoods in coastal communities and nourish the planet. Jo Kelly is the CEO of the Australian Seaweed Institute and Chair of the Australian Sustainable Seaweed Alliance (ASSA). Jo has over 20 years of experience as a Management Consultant, Environmental Engineer and Impact Entrepreneur. Jo is actively accelerating nature-based solutions and is leading innovation for seaweed biofilters to help protect the Great Barrier Reef for positive impact.
