Jennifer Lauber Patterson

Executive Director

Jennifer is a climate solution pioneer with 30 years’ executive and board experience in clean energy, carbon reduction and regenerative agriculture through ground-breaking initiatives and impact investment.

Frontier Impact Group (FIG) was established by Jennifer in 2012 to harness her unique background in climate solutions in major banks and energy generation to drive business and economic benefits of environmentally sustainable investment.

FIG strategically assists businesses and communities to address the climate crisis and support a transition to net zero carbon as well as advising companies in green hydrogen, waste to energy and other renewable solutions in Australia and abroad.

FIG leverages carbon markets to fund the regeneration of Australian landscapes and has partnered with Carnarvon Energy to build a pipeline of renewable fuel projects to address fuel security and support a circular economy.

Jennifer supports broader strategic sustainability efforts, including serving the boards of Sustainability Victoria, Yarra Energy Foundation, Carbon8, Southern Cross Regenerative Farming Alliance Advisory Working Group among others. Her efforts were recognised as a finalist in the Telstra Victorian Women’s Business Awards in 2020.
