Cathy Scalzo

Chief Executive Officer

In her capacity as CEO of the Scalzo Family Office, Chair of the Investment Committee of the Prossima Fund and Trustee of the Grace and Emilio Foundation, Cathy has worked with her family to align their investments with their values and has guided the development of the family’s impact investment portfolio. Cathy is a panel member of the Impact Readiness Growth Grant, Deputy Chair of the West Melbourne Economic Development Alliance, board member of ygap and the Impact Club and Chair of Kids in Philanthropy, a not for profit which fosters a culture of social change making and volunteerism in kids. Cathy was previously General Counsel of Scalzo Foods, one of Australia’s largest privately owned food businesses and has worked as a senior associate at Allens and diplomat for the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Cathy also sits on the Board of Australians Investing In Women.
