Co-founder and CEO – She Loves Tech

Rhea See is the Co-founder and CEO of She Loves Tech, the world’s foremost and largest tech acceleration platform for women. Under her leadership, it expanded from one country to over 70, boasting a pipeline of 15,000 women-led tech startups from 110 countries. To date, startups have raised $400M+ post-competition. With She Loves Tech, she is committed to mobilizing 1B usd worth of capital for women. Rhea is also the General Partner of the ASEAN Emerging Outliers Fund, a Y-Combinator inspired pre-seed fund aiming to be market maker for women tech founders in Southeast Asia. 

Rhea extends her influence as a Venture Advisor for Kaya Founders and other Southeast Asia-based funds. She is recognized as a World Economic Forum Global Shaper, twice highlighted in Tatler’s Gen.T List, listed among Singapore’s 100 Women in Tech, and sits on the Innovation Council at Walmart. Rhea is also a United Nations EQUALS Partner, where she champions initiatives like the Gender Equitable Investment in Tech, and UN Women 30 for 2030 member, where she provides expert advise on designing innovative solutions for digital inclusion and gender equality in the APAC region. Her profound expertise in diversity and entrepreneurship garners attention from the UN, governments, Fortune 500 companies, and more.
