Programme Manager – 2X Global

Natalie is Programme Manager at 2X Global, a membership and field-building organisation focused on unlocking gender-smart capital at scale. 

2X Global works together with the full spectrum of investors, capital providers, mobilisers, and influencers, with the aim to transform international finance systems through the deployment of gender-smart capital across asset classes and markets.

The 2X Challenge, a flagship initiative under 2X Global, has mobilised US$27.7 billion of gender lens investments since 2018. The initiative raised gender lens investments totaling US$16.3 Billion from 2021-2022, benefitting 473 businesses across Asia, Africa, Central and Eastern Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean.

Currently based in Singapore, Natalie is part of communities including Obama Foundation Leaders: Asia-Pacific, UN Women 30 for 2030, and World Economic Forum Global Shapers. Natalie holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
