Kevin Doodney is an Australian housing futurist, and leader in innovative, Smarter Smaller housing. With 40 years” experience in real estate, Kevin has transacted more than 20,000 property deals, worth more than $2 billion.

He is passionate about creating Smarter Smaller solutions for, and educating on, the future of Australian housing.

Kevin has been featured on Channel 7’s Better Homes & Gardens, Channel 9’s A Current Affair, ABC Television, 4BC, The Courier-Mail, SBS news, The Guardian and more.

He has worked with such organisations as the Queensland and Commonwealth Governments, Brisbane City Council, ANZ Bank, The Supercheap Group, James Hardie and the Hyatt Regency.

Kevin has also worked with and consulted for over 100 property developers in Australia including Mirvac, Stockland, Delfin, Peet Limited, Multiplex, and the Pradella Group.

 In just the last 18 months alone, Kevin and his teams have created more than 350 new rentals to add to the rental supply in the Brisbane market .
