Katharine Walters

Katharine is Chief Impact Officer at Inspire Impact, the dedicated impact investing arm of the Liverpool Group. Inspire Impact is focused on private assets, with a $500M+ multi-asset impact fund targeting positive measurable environmental and social outcomes across eight impact themes. Inspire Impact also manages four disability housing funds, building quality Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) across Australia.

In addition to Inspire impact, Katharine leads responsible investment and impact assessment, measurement and improvement across the other parts of the Liverpool Group – Liverpool Partners Private Equity and The Generations Foundation (the Group’s charitable foundation supporting access to education for disadvantaged children).

Katharine has been working in the sustainability/impact field for 20+ years, including consulting roles with Arup, Banarra and KPMG. She holds an MA (Hons) in Russian & International Relations from the University of St Andrews and a Postgraduate Diploma in Sustainable Development from Macquarie University.
