Gillian Pearl

CEO – Pearl Consulting

Gillian has 20 years of experience in strategic planning, cross-sector partnership development, and programme management. She leads the team to design and deliver social impact services for clients in the private, not-for-profit and government sectors, and has delivered work across five continents and over 25 countries for clients including Microsoft, Visa, Meta and the World Bank. Previously, Gillian chaired the Corporate Citizenship Committee at Singapore’s American Chamber of Commerce, represented Singapore at the UN, served on nonprofit boards and lead the team to win the 2023 Public Affairs Asia “Gold Standard Awards” for Corporate Citizenship and Sustainability. Gillian is a published author, an accredited partnership broker with the Partnership Brokers Association (PBA), and recently lectured at Cambridge University’s Judge Business School. Gillian has worked in Asia Pacific for 20 years in Australia, Hong Kong, Japan
and Singapore.
