Alex Lagelée Kean

Alex has more than 25 years experience in grantmaking, not-for-profit management and fundraising across Australia, the UK and the US.  As Impact and Engagement Manager, she is leading the work of The Snow Foundation on supporting social entrepreneurs, including developing and managing the Snow Entrepreneurs fellowships that launched in 2022 to catalyse early-stage social change initiatives. 

Prior to The Snow Foundation, Alex was a Giving Advisor at Australian Philanthropic Services and Head of Fundraising at youth mental health charity ReachOut.com.  She co-developed a landmine awareness and clearance program with the United Nations Association in the US and launched the program in the UK.  She holds a Master of Arts in Political Science from New York University.
