Gino Borges is Co-Founder & Managing Partner at Essentia Capital, where he manages and invests in market-driven projects and funds that focus on environmental and social impact in multi-family real estate, self-storage, and climate tech/infrastructure. 

With over 20+ years of experience in both traditional finance and impact investing, he’s committed to transforming legacy industries by integrating environmental and social impact to generate long-term sustainability. 

Inspired by his work in impact investing, Gino is also the Founder & Curator of Poetry of Impact as a community for high-net-worth individuals to leave a legacy of well-being, wisdom, and wealth. He has a BA in finance and a PhD in Philosophy of Rhetoric. Gino lives in Reno, Nevada.
