Suzi Chinnery
Head, Capability and Impact
Suzi Chinnery is the Head of Capability and Impact at CARE Australia. She has over 20 years experience in markets based approaches, gender equality and women’s economic justice supporting development programs predominantly across Asia and the Pacific. She leads CARE Australia’s program strategy including theory of change and a team of technical specialists delivering on program quality in women’s economic justice and climate justice. She previously worked with the CARE-She Trades Impact Fund in setting up the Technical Assistance Facility for gender technical assistance to investees and continues to support the CSIF through her current role. She has experience in areas of women’s civil and political leadership, is a leader on addressing gender equality and gender based violence in the world of work. She has worked on gender equality at enterprise and supply chain level. She holds a Bachelor of Business, a Masters of International Studies, a Masters of Public and International Law and a Graduate Diploma in Psychology.
