Yeni Tijiunardi

Managing Director – New Energy Nexus Ventures 

Yeni is the Managing Director and Partner for New Energy Nexus Ventures (NEX Ventures). She has close to 20 years of experience in energy projects and low-carbon solutions across the Asia Pacific region. Within New Energy Nexus’ Indonesia 1 Fund, she has successfully led investments into seven portfolio companies in varying sectors including clean energy, e-mobility, energy efficiency, and energy access.

Yeni’s background includes key positions at multinational utility companies such as Engie and the AES Corporation, where she contributed to climate change mitigation projects under UNFCCC’s Clean Development Mechanism (CDM), certified emission reduction (CER) transactions, development of Independent Power Producer (IPP) electricity projects, and investments in innovative cleantech solutions in Asia Pacific. Yeni is a CFA Charterholder, she holds a Bachelor of Business degree from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) University, Australia and an MBA from the National University of Singapore (NUS), Singapore
