Sascha Courville

Dr Sasha Courville is Bank Australia’s first Chief Impact Officer and leads in delivering the bank’s commitment to create positive impact for people and the planet.

Sasha joined Bank Australia in March 2022 after nine years at NAB working across social impact, innovation and sustainability. Sasha is also a Director of the Global Compact Network Australia, a Commissioner for International Agricultural Research and was previously the Executive Director of the London-based ISEAL Alliance, a global association for sustainability standards and assurance systems.

Sasha has a PhD in Resource Management and Environmental Science from ANU, an MSc from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Environmental Studies from York University in Canada.
