Lawrence Patrick 

CEO – the Wellbeing Outfit

Lawrence Patrick is CEO of the Wellbeing Outfit.

He is an expert in leadership development, who is passionate about helping people understand the connection between high wellbeing and high performance.

Lawrence is an experienced CEO, board member, social sector leader and angel investor who has co-founded four technology companies.

In addition to serving as the CEO who helped launch ReachOut in the United States, Lawrence has led other social impact organisations—as well as Silicon Valley startup companies—as CEO, and has been a mentor to several tech startup founders.

He joined the Wellbeing Outfit in 2022, after relocating to Sydney from the San Francisco Bay Area where he previously was the Founding Director of the Northwestern University campus there.

Lawrence completed the Executive Program for Non-Profit CEOs at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is a Knight Scholar, a Distinguished Presidential Scholar, and a Knight Ridder Scholar and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Florida A&M University.
