First and foremost, Janett is a proud mother of two strong and independent daughters. Speaks 3 languages and feels incredibly grateful to call Melbourne home for the past 25 years.

Her passion & active involvement in Social Intrapreneurship goes back many years as a Global Catalyst for the League of Intrapreneurs -a learning community of purpose-led innovators reimagining the role of business in society to deliver on the SDGs.

Her professional career spans across Corporate Innovation, CX Design, Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, Strategic Marketing, Customer Research and Data Analytics

Janett has a unique ability to bring people together to solve meaningful problems using a human-centred approach. Beyond that, she is a strong advocate for Migrant Women in Business and now part of MWiB’s Advisory Board.
