Lucy Steed 

CEO – Melior Investment Management

Lucy is the CEO of Melior Investment Management. Lucy co-founded Melior in 2018 with the vision of taking impact investing mainstream by establishing a dedicated Australian and NZ equities impact manager committed to delivering competitive returns and positive environmental and social impact. Melior’s Australian Impact Fund has achieved top quartile returns against its mainstream large cap Australian equities peer group since its July 2019 inception (source: Morningstar).

Lucy has over 20 years experience working at leading fund managers, investment banks and consulting firms in Sydney, London and New York. Before setting up her own consulting company, Lucy was Head of Managed Accounts and Managed Funds at BT Financial Group and held a number of senior roles at AMP Capital. Lucy is a Graduate of Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a Board member of the St Catherine’s School Foundation. Lucy received a Master of Commerce (Finance and Banking) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Marketing) from the University of Sydney.
