Abhilash Mudaliar 

Chief Impact Officer – Paul Ramsay Foundation

As Chief Impact Officer, Abhilash leads multiple teams that all focus on enhancing the core work of PRF’s grant-making. Specifically, these include:

• A Measurement, Evaluation, Research and Learning team that drives us to be evidence-informed in all our work, enables us to understand progress against our goals, and ensures we are continuously learning from our partnerships.
• An Impact Investing team that manages a variety of strategies to leverage our balance sheet in service of our mission.
• An Innovation team that acts as a testing ground for new ideas, helping PRF and our partners push boundaries and challenge conventional wisdom.

Abhilash has over 18 years of experience in the world of ‘impact’ broadly speaking. Prior to PRF, he held a variety of analytic and leadership roles in research (at the Global Impact Investing Network), evaluation (at the World Bank), social enterprise (at Unitus and Hippocampus),impact investing (at Elevar Equity) and management consulting (at Bain &Company and Dalberg).

Abhilash holds Honours degrees in Commerce andArts from the University of Melbourne and an MPA in International Developmentfrom Harvard University. In his spare time, he enjoys writing fiction and avariety of sports (where he is generally better at watching than playing).
