RADEK SALI

Radek is the Chairman of Light Warrior, an impact investment group he founded with Adam Gregory in 2016. Light Warrior is committed to creating shared value by investing in businesses that are socially responsible and environmentally conscious. Radek also holds numerous board positions in not-for-profit organisations including, among others, Lightfolk Foundation and the charity Igniting Change.

Radek Sali stands as one of Australia’s most successful businessmen and entrepreneur in the health and wellness sector. He revolutionised the Swisse Wellness group (twice winning “the Best place to work in Australia” for 2015 & 2016), charting record sales. In 2015, Radek helped negotiate the sale of the group to Hong Kong listed Biostime for over $1.7 billion, one of the biggest private company transactions in Australian history.
