Abhilash Mudaliar is the Founder of Grey Area Partners, an social impact advisory firm supporting impact investors on strategy, structuring, due diligence and measurement.

Abhilash has two decades of experience in impact investing, international development, philanthropy and measurement & evaluation. He began his career in microfinance in India, where he helped set-up one of India’s first impact investing funds – Elevar Equity. Abhilash then worked at the Global Impact Investing Network (GIIN), where he established its research function. Most recently, Abhilash was Chief Impact Officer at the Paul Ramsay Foundation, where he established the foundation’s impact investing team and strategy.

Abhilash has a Master’s degree in International Development from the Harvard Kennedy School, and degrees in Commerce and Arts from the University of Melbourne.
