Susan Sy is the head of social impact and philanthropy, Australia and New Zealand. Susan leads the services in providing advice and solutions that will help clients direct capital towards more strategic, sustainable and impactful initiatives.

Susan has over 15 years of experience in the area of philanthropy, partnership development, grant making and impact investing.Prior to moving to Australia, Susan was the head of Family Advisory and Philanthropy Services for the APAC region under UBS Global Wealth Management Division where she leads the team who provides family office, family governance philanthropy services to clients.
