Leah Armstrong

Managing Director

Leah, a Torres Strait Islander, is a senior professional with over 25 year’s business and not for profit experience. Leah is leading First Australians Capital in innovating an ambitious Indigenous-led impact-first investment fund to grow the pipeline of Indigenous businesses. Leah was the CEO for Reconciliation Australia between 2010-2014.

Leah has Board and committee roles including ex-officio member of the BCA Indigenous Taskforce , Foundations for Young Australians, and a Trustee of The Nature Conservancy (Australia) and held previous positions as a member of the Prime Minister’s Indigenous Advisory Council, the University of Sydney Senate and Chairperson of Supply Nation.
