Katherine Leong

Kath has a financial, data and policy background and spends her time focused on filling gaps that will help create positive systemic change. This currently manifests through 3 main channels:

1. Direct impact through her role at Homes Victoria – Creating a new data-led build-to-rent program in Victoria which will help to address the gap in housing affordability and supply for many low to moderate income households.
2. Indirect impact by supporting awesome entrepreneurs who are solving wicked problems – Helping aspirational businesses grow through Board governance, mentoring or fund raising.
3. Enabling systemic change by investing in the collective commons – contributing to communities such the League of Intrapreneurs and Coralus.
